I offer a range of services given my diverse background & experiences with many populations. I've worked with schools, private companies, community programs, and wellness & mental health providers.

About Me

I lead with love, joy and authenticity

I facilitate expressive arts therapy, well-being & social-emotional learning skills to children, teens & adults. I have over 20 years of experience.

I lead with a humanistic, holistic, relational and person-centered approach & am an expert facilitator
I have a double BFA in Painting & Psychology and an MA in Art Therapy & Counseling
I am a licensed & board certified art therapist by NY State Standard & certified transformational coach trained by Elena Aguilar in her 2 year program
I've held the title of teacher, Director of Student Life, Assistant Director, Learning & Development Coach, and Director of Social-Emotional Learning, Mental Health and Youth Programming for 100 schools nationally & internationally
I've been a Director of Therapeutic Programming & therapist at 2 mental health centers
I've collaborated with companies including: Coca-Cola, Broadway, Anima Mundi Herbals, Fusion Education Group, Learning Forward, Child Guidance Center, Behavioral Health Training Collaborative, Variations Psychology, YMCA, Myanmar Children Association, etc
I've written & developed fine art, social-emotional learning, DEI, and well-being curricula & programs. Curriculums are UC approved & accredited. Collaboration with accrediting bodies include: WASC, MSA, Cognia, NYSAIS, AdvancedEd, and NEASC
I utilize many creative expressive elements including dance, music & art. Formally educated and experienced in multimodal art materials
Certified in perinatal mental health support
